Private Lessons
This package includes training of sit, place, down, come, heel, wait, and out/off. We will arrange six lessons that suit your schedule within a two month time frame. We will meet each week or so to go over new information and practice. It is expected that you run through material daily to reinforce what is taught so your dog is able to keep learning and is ready for the next lesson. At the completion of this program, you are welcome to bring your dog to any group walk announced.
The price is $900.
Puppy Socialization
This program is for puppies from four to six months, who have had initial vaccinations, and focuses on socialization with other pups and people as well as basic obedience. Crate training, housebreaking, and general safety will also be discussed. Through this experience, your puppy will walk away with more confidence and happiness. Classes are an hour long, for four weeks, and are held at a local groomer’s in Cortland on Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Class size is limited, so reach out soon to sign up.
The price is $175.
Day Camp
This program offers daycare and intense training catered to your dog’s needs. We will focus on areas you specify as well as good manners and socialization if time allows. Drop off and pick up times are flexible based on your schedule and my availability.
The price is $700 for three consecutive three-five hour days.
Board & Train
This intensive program provides training of sit, place, down, come, heel, waiting for food and at doorways, and out/off. Your dog will stay in my home for two to three weeks dependent upon needs. After the initial meeting with you, we will work in several environments including parks, dog-friendly stores, and anywhere we can out and about. When your dog has completed the program, I will meet with you again to share everything we have practiced and give you information to reference on what to do to provide the consistency necessary for your pup to maintain good dog status and hold onto everything learned. At the completion of this program, you are welcome to bring your dog to any group walk announced. In the weeks to follow, we will schedule a follow up session to check in and answer any questions you may have or work on anything else.
The price is $2, 100 for 2 weeks & $3, 000 for 3 weeks.
Puppy Board & Train
Puppies from four to six months are welcome to join me for a special week long board and train which will help them develop a structured routine and the desire to learn more. It will lay the foundation for their continued training at home. We will work on the following: crate training, walking without pulling, sit, down, waiting for food & at doors, appropriate play, and socialization. Behaviors such as jumping, nipping, barking, and begging will also be addressed. This program begins with an initial consultation and ends with a meeting to share techniques and strategies to continue training at home. Puppies are welcome to come back again for board and train e-collar training.
The price is $850.
Boarding
After completing a training program, you are welcome to board your dog with me in my home. Walks and playtime are prioritized; follow up of lessons previously taught will be reinforced.
Boarding is $70 a day and $85 a day on holidays.
Group Walks
Any pup who has completed either a Board & Train or Lesson series is welcome to join our hour-long walks at no additional cost. These will be either Saturday or Sunday morning at a public park. We will work on socialization and drills to keep skills sharp.
Canine Good Citizenship Exam
This test evaluates ten skills that demonstrate your dog is responsible and well-behaved in any setting. If your dog successfully passes each step, they will be awarded a certificate from the American Kennel Club.
The price is $125.
